email@example.com - I will respond within 48 hours. Please note that my busiest prep days are Thursdays-Sundays, so a response may be delayed during that time. You can also find me on facebook and instagram where I will post updates, news, and weekly offerings.

To begin the ordering process, email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject titled "Cake Order & the date you are requesting," and I will respond within 48 hours. 2 weeks notice is required for all custom orders. Prepayment is also required within 24 hours after your invoice is sent to you via email. Orders not paid within 24 hours after the invoice is sent will be cancelled.
Flavor Ideas! Cake, buttercream, and filling flavors are vast- and almost anything you can think of can be accommodated if possible. Email me with the flavor combinations you like, and together we will come up with a delicious and memorable cake.
Some classic cake flavors include: vanilla bean, chocolate, lemon, orange, strawberry, apple, carrot, spice...Genoise (sponge) cakes also available.
Italian meringue buttercream is my go-to for all cakes as it is light, creamy, and not overly sweet. Egg-free American Buttercream or vegan buttercream may be substituted upon request for most flavors.
Some classic buttercream flavors include: vanilla bean, chocolate, lemon, orange, strawberry, coffee/espresso, chai tea, cinnamon, ginger, butterfly pea flower, lavender, mint...
As for fillings, you may choose a simple buttercream filling, and/or you may choose an additional filling if you would like. Additional fillings include fruit preserves, curds, jams, or pastry creams.

Cakes are made with organic and locally-grown and milled pastry flour from Janie's Mill in Ashkum, IL. Gluten-free flour may be substituted upon request, and vegan or dairy-free/egg-free cakes also available upon request.
