To begin the ordering process, email email@example.com with the subject titled "Cake Order & the date you are requesting."
2 weeks notice is required for all custom orders. Prepayment is also required within 24 hours after your invoice is sent to you via email. Orders not paid within 24 hours after the invoice is sent will be cancelled.
Flavor Ideas! Cake, buttercream, and filling flavors are vast- and almost anything you can think of can be accommodated if possible. As a chef, I love coming up with exciting flavors and textures. Email me with the flavor combinations you like, and together we will come up with a delicious and memorable cake or pastry order.
Cake flavor inspiration: vanilla bean, chocolate, ginger, lemon, orange, apple, carrot, spice cake, tea, floral, or herbal-infusions, seasonal fruits: strawberry, plum, peach...
Classic buttercream flavor inspiration: vanilla bean, chocolate, lemon, orange, strawberry, espresso, tea, floral, or herbal-infusions (lavender, mint, earl grey, etc), cinnamon, ginger...
Layer cakes can be filled with my luxe Italian meringue buttercream, or additional fillings. Cost varies on type of filling and costs of ingredients and ingredient availability.
Cake filling inspiration: crème pâtissière aka pastry cream or pudding - can be flavored multiple ways, seasonal fruit preserves, jams, or chutneys, cannoli cream, milk or dark chocolate ganache, caramel...
All cakes are made with organic and locally-grown and milled pastry flour from Janie's Mill in Ashkum, IL. Gluten-free flour may be substituted upon request, and vegan or dairy-free/egg-free cakes also available upon request.
