  • Invoices not paid within 24 hours will be cancelled
  • Why so many requirements? As a 1-person run business, all of the above is necessary for me to schedule and plan my orders, to source fresh and specialty ingredients, and to maintain overall work/life balance! Thank you so much for your understanding and support!

All cakes are made with organic and locally-grown and milled pastry flour from Janie's Mill in Ashkum, IL & European-style butter from Farmhouse Kitchens in Wisconsin, with locally sourced flora and fruit.
