Sourdough Pumpkin Raisin Walnut Bread
This is one of my all-time favorite breads: lightly sweetened pumpkin raisin bread made with sourdough, whole grain flour, raisins, and walnuts. Perfect as is, but also nice lightly toasted with a little cultured butter. Really good as a brunch treat with coffee, or as an afternoon snack with tea. Approximately 12-14 servings. If not consuming right away, keep loaf wrapped in plastic or in a storage container. It should last for 5+ days.
All products are made with locally grown or sourced ingredients whenever possible, including Illinois grown and milled flours.
Ingredients: (vegan) Janie's Mill Organic whole-grain wheat flour, pumpkin puree, sourdough starter, cane sugar, canola oil, raisins, walnuts, milled flax seed, water, vanilla extract, baking soda, sea salt, pumpkin spice blend (cinnamon, mace, nutmeg, ginger, lemon zest)
